Chin-Liang happily pursues a professional career shared between two very contrasting and amazing fields. CL is an ecologist with the Desert Ecology Research Group at the University of Sydney and champions research in conservation biology; his other equal professional role is as an academic teaching Bioscience, human biology, anatomy and physiology to nursing and paramedic students in the School of Nursing and Midwifery for the University of Tasmania.
CL possesses a passion for real teaching and learning and believes that education plays a significant and profound role in shaping any individual’s path in life and in the community. Having tutored since he was in senior high school, CL continues his passion for teaching and learning with his Social Alchemy students by guiding, developing and fulfilling their tremendous individual potential.
CL seems to keep busy in his down time by teaching Muay Thai and kickboxing, indulging his senses in photography and cooking, learning the blues harp, playing guitar very badly, chasing wildlife and exploring the world.
